Dr. Charles R. Ellery, Ph.D.

Founding Director, NASRI

Dr. Charles R. Ellery is the founding director of the National Adaptive Stress Research Institute, a position he has held since the Institute's establishment in 1991. He is a foremost authority on civilian stress physiology and behavioral resilience modeling.

His 27-year career includes senior research roles at DARPA's Human Performance Division and the HHS Office of Emergency Preparedness. Dr. Ellery holds a Ph.D. in Stress Physiology & Human Performance from Johns Hopkins University (1970).

Designed NASRI's 14-stage intake protocols. Background in forensic and correctional psychology. Former Federal Bureau of Prisons consultant.

Dr. Thomas Connelly, Ph.D.

Director, Data Analysis
Manages research data analysis and academic publication. Developed proprietary subject data anonymization protocols.

Margaret Voss, J.D.

General Counsel
Responsible for legal, compliance, and administrative functions. Harvard Law, 1979. Former Department of Justice, Civil Division.
